REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. ALL SALES FINAL Due to the limited nature of our drops and the fact that we are a small independent manufacturing outfit, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please check the size chart before you buy. If you order a Small and you are actually a Large, that is on you. We cannot pay for shipping back and forth because you didn't measure yourself.

2. DEFECTS & ISSUES (THE "WE MESSED UP" CLAUSE) We stand by the quality of our goods. If you receive an item that is misprinted, torn, or damaged upon arrival, we will replace it or refund you. However, we have zero tolerance for scams. To get a refund/replacement, you must prove the defect is real.

3. HOW TO FILE A CLAIM If you have a legitimate issue with the product, you must email hayls@sweetiesmfg.com within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  1. Proof of Purchase: Your Order Number (e.g., #1001).

  2. Photo Evidence: A clear photo showing the defect AND the neck tag in the same frame. (We need to see that the defective shirt is actually ours and the size matches).

  3. Description: A brief explanation of the issue.

4. THE RULES

  • If the item has been washed or worn, we cannot help you.

  • If you cannot provide the photos requested, we cannot issue a refund.

  • We reserve the right to deny any claim if we suspect fraudulent activity.
