SHIPPING POLICY

 

1. GENERAL DISPATCH We are a small crew, not Amazon. Orders typically process and ship within 1-3 business days. You will get a tracking number when it leaves the shop. Watch your email.

2. THE "MILLION HOUSES" CLAUSE (Address Accuracy) We ship to the exact address you enter at checkout. If you have mail forwarding set up, or you decide to move to one of your other "million houses" while the package is in transit, that is on you. We are not responsible for packages that get lost, rerouted, or delayed because you used a forwarding service or changed your address behind the scenes. If it says "Delivered" to the address you gave us, our job is done.

3. USA & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Customs) We ship from all over. If you are ordering from the USA or elsewhere, your country might charge you import duties or taxes. We do not pay these. That is between you and your government. Do not ask us to mark the package as a "Gift" to avoid taxes; we won't do it.

4. LOST PACKAGES If the tracking says "Delivered" but you don't have it, check your porch, check with your neighbor, and check with the carrier. We are not liable for theft. If the carrier actually loses the package in transit (tracking stops moving), contact us and we will help you sort it out.
